Kaju (Cashew nuts) roughly chopped 50g

Pumpkin seeds ½ Cup
Sunflower seeds ½ Cup
Melon seeds ¼ Cup
Flex seeds coarsely ground ¼ Cup
Makhan (Butter) 2 tbs
Brown sugar ¼ Cup
Vanilla essence 2 tsp
Namak (Salt) ¼ tsp
Dark chocolate semi-sweet chopped ½ Cup
Darchini (Cinnamon powder) 1 tbs
Dried black currant ¼ Cup

Add cashew nuts, pistachios, walnuts, mix well & dry roast for 2-3 minutes.

Add pumpkin seeds, sunflower seeds, melon seeds, mix well & dry roast for 1-2 minutes.

Add flex seeds, mix well & take out in the same bowl & mix all together.

In the same wok, add butter & let it melt.

Add brown sugar, mix well & cook on low flame until sugar is caramelized.
