1 large frozen tomato

Wash and clean 1 cup of button mushrooms, removing the skin with a cloth.

Cut small mushrooms in half and large mushrooms into quarters, placing them on a plate.

Chop 2 red and 1 yellow bell pepper, 1 onion into rings, and prepare garlic.

Heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil in a pan.

Add chopped vegetables to the hot oil and sauté until softened.
