1

Heat 2 tablespoons of cooking oil in a pan.

2

Add 2 medium-sized finely chopped onions and sauté for 2 minutes until slightly changed in color.

3

Prepare a powdered sugar by grinding 1 cup of sugar and set aside for later use.

4

Once the onions change color, add 2 teaspoons of ginger-garlic paste, 1 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder.

5

Make a paste of 50 grams of green chilies with a little water and add it to the pan, sauté for 2 minutes.

6

Add 500 grams of minced meat to the pan and mix well, allowing it to cook and release water.

7

Add 1 teaspoon garam masala, 1/2 teaspoon cardamom powder, and 1 teaspoon coriander powder, mixing thoroughly.

8

Add a little water and cover the pan to cook until the water evaporates on low flame.

9

Once the water has evaporated, add the powdered sugar and lemon juice, mixing well and cooking for an additional 5 minutes on low flame.

10

Remove half of the mixture to a plate and leave the other half in the pan.

11

Grind the removed mixture into a fine paste, similar to making kofta.

12

In a separate bowl, prepare the dough using 500 grams of all-purpose flour, 1 teaspoon salt, 25 tablespoons ghee, and 4 tablespoons yogurt.

13

Add 40 ml of warm milk gradually while kneading the dough until smooth.

14

Cover the dough and let it rest for 10 minutes.

15

Roll out the dough to a medium thickness and cut it into desired shapes.

16

Apply water on the edges of the dough to help seal it during frying.

17

Deep fry the prepared dough shapes in hot oil on low flame until golden brown and crispy.
