Preheat the oven to 200°C.
Place bell peppers on a baking tray and roast in the oven.
Soak tomatoes in boiling water for 5-10 minutes to easily peel them.
Chop the onions into large pieces.
Peel the tomatoes and chop them into small cubes.
Sauté the chopped onions in a pot until translucent.
Add the chopped tomatoes to the pot and cook for about 25 minutes on low heat.
Add the roasted bell peppers to the pot and cook for an additional 5-7 minutes.
Prepare meatballs by mixing pork and beef mince with finely chopped onions, garlic, salt, pepper, and soaked bread.
Form meatballs and place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper.
Bake the meatballs in the oven until golden brown.
