Boil the rice while steaming and cooking the turkey meat.

Fry the turkey meat after washing the parboiled rice.

Fry the onion in oil, then add tomato paste.

Add fresh tomatoes and stir gently.

Add curry and thyme, and optionally onion powder.

Add no cubes and stock, then fresh peppers and crayfish.

Stir and add water to blend the mixture, allowing it to boil for a few minutes.

Add the rice and mix everything thoroughly.

Reduce heat and cook on low until the liquid dries up and the rice is ready.

Add onion, tomatoes, and green peas, mixing thoroughly.

Turn off the heat and allow the residual heat to cook the veggies while adding the turkey back in the pot.

Cover and after about two minutes, everything is ready.
