2 tablespoons tomato paste
2 cups long-grain rice
1/2 cup beetroots (optional)
1 cup fresh tomatoes
1 medium onion
3 cloves garlic
1 red bell pepper
1 habanero pepper
1 green chili
1 tablespoon rosemary leaves
2 tablespoons Jollof seasoning
1 tablespoon natural spice & herbs
1 tablespoon chicken seasoning
1 tablespoon curry powder

Saute onion and garlic in vegetable oil until fragrant.
