Chop up mango and guava, removing seeds from guava.

Put the softened tapioca in a pot with milk, salt, and cinnamon, and boil.
Simmer the tapioca mixture until it thickens, adding sugar to taste.
Prepare serving glasses by pouring some tapioca mixture at the bottom.
Scoop the mango and guava mixture on top of the tapioca in the glasses.
Add the remaining tapioca mixture on top of the fruit layer.
Refrigerate the assembled dessert, covering with cling film to prevent skin formation.
Top with crushed biscuits for texture before serving.
