1 large onion
4 cloves garlic
2 medium tomatoes
8 oz smoked sausage
1 lb chicken
2 bay leaves
3 tablespoons olive oil
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon black pepper
1 teaspoon paprika
1 teaspoon thyme

Soak corn and black-eyed peas overnight in water.
