500 g yellow corn (for cachupa)
500 g white corn
250 g of stone bean
250 g of bean fennel
1 large chopped onion
5 cloves garlic, chopped
½ pork leg
300 g of intermix
500 g of spare rib
3 Chicken Legs
3 chorizo
1 Meat sausage
One cut cabbage
320 g of green peas
2 cubes of chicken broth
Water
Salt to taste
Chopped coriander

Leave the beans to soak overnight.

Wash the corn and mix with the beans in a pan, add plenty of water and bring to the fire (using a pressure cooker for 40 minutes or longer in a normal pan).

Cook the steaks in another pan.

Make a stew with garlic, onion, and olive oil.

Add the mixture of corn and beans, cooking water of meats, sausages, peas, cabbage, chicken broth, and cooked meats; stir well and let it cook for another 20 to 30 minutes.

Finally, add chopped coriander and serve immediately.
