Saute onions and garlic in a pan.

Marinate meat in vinegar, garlic, and bay leaves overnight.

Soak beans overnight.

Add bouillon cubes and tomato paste to the sautéed onions and garlic.

Add marinated meat to the pot and mix well.

Add water and bring to a boil, then lower to a simmer for an hour.

Add hominy to the pot after it comes to a boil.

Add cranberry beans and rock beans to the pot.

Remove chicken from the marinated meat packet and add salt pork and corned beef brisket to the pot.

In 24 minutes, add fava beans, yucca, and kale to the pot.

Prepare yucca by cutting it open and peeling off the skin.

Rinse yucca before adding to the pot.
