1 tsp kashmiri red chilli powder
1 tsp coriander powder
¼ tsp cumin powder
1 tsp salt
1 cup tomato paste
¼ cup cashew paste
1 cup water
2 tbsp paneer / cottage cheese (grated)
¼ tsp garam masala
1 tsp kasuri methi (crushed)

Add 1 cup tomato paste and sauté for 3-4 minutes.

Add ¼ cup cashew paste and sauté until oil separates.
