Pour palm oil into the pot and allow it to melt.
Add roughly blended bell pepper, abanero pepper, and onions to the pot.
Mix the pepper mix into the hot oil and allow it to cook.
Add dried meat (tinko) to the pepper mix and allow it to cook for 15-20 minutes, stirring occasionally.
Add meat talk and low cost beans to the mixture.
Season with salt and seasoning, and optionally add thyme.
Mix all the ingredients well and cover to boil together.
Prepare the kale by soaking frozen kale in lukewarm water and squeezing out excess liquid.
Check the sauce; it should have a delicious aroma and the meat should be tender.
Cover the sauce with a net or leave it open to fry and reduce water content.
Add boiled crabs, boiled chicken, boiled turkey, and boiled beef to the sauce and combine well.
Remove the fish to prevent it from breaking apart, then return it after mixing the other ingredients.
Allow everything to cook together for 3-5 minutes before serving.
