Season the proteins (goat meat, cow tribe, cow skin) with onion, chicken seasoning cube, beef seasoning cube, and salt.

2

Add a little bit of water and cover, allowing to simmer on low heat for 15 minutes.

3

Check on the proteins and add more water to cover the meat, then cover and continue cooking for 20-25 minutes until almost tender.

4

Wash the vegetable (spinach or other greens) with salt for 3-4 times.

5

Blanch the vegetable to stop the cooking process and prevent overcooking.

6

Slice the blanched vegetable and set aside.

7

Prepare the pepper mix using bell pepper and yellow habanero pepper, removing the seeds to avoid bitterness.

8

Blend the pepper mix coarsely.

9

Check on the proteins, which should be almost tender after 30 minutes of cooking.

10

In a dry pot, add palm oil and the blended pepper mix, frying for 15 minutes on medium-high heat.

11

Add locust bean and smoked catfish to the pot after frying the pepper mix.

12

Add the cooked proteins and mix everything together.

13

Cover and allow to simmer on low heat for 2 minutes.
