Add 1 tablespoon of almond flour and 1 beaten egg as binders, then mix again.
Add the juice of 1/2 lemon for freshness and mix in.
Heat a skillet on medium-high heat and spray it with non-stick cooking spray.
Take about 3 to 4 tablespoons of the mixture, form it into a ball, and flatten it into a patty.
Place the patty onto the skillet and cook for about 3 to 4 minutes on one side.
After 4 to 5 minutes, flip the patty to cook the other side.
Continue forming and cooking the remaining patties, yielding 6 to 8 depending on size.
