1 cup tapioca or sago (uncooked)
1 pack gulaman
360ml (1 can) evaporated milk
300ml (1 can) condensed milk
250ml (1 pack) Nestle Cream
4 pcs medium mango

Rinse the sago pearls under cold water until the water runs clear.

In a pot, bring 2 cups of water to a boil. Add the rinsed sago pearls and cook for about 10-15 minutes until they become translucent, stirring occasionally.

Once cooked, drain the sago pearls and rinse them under cold water to stop the cooking process. Set aside.

In a separate bowl, mix the coconut milk, sugar, and salt until the sugar is dissolved.

In serving bowls, layer the cooked sago pearls and diced mango.

Pour the coconut milk mixture over the sago and mango layers.

Garnish with additional diced mango on top.

Chill in the refrigerator for at least 30 minutes before serving.
