1

Get 3 cups of old-fashioned rolled oats.

2

Take 1 cup of those oats and turn them into oat flour using a food processor or blender until you get a coarse flour.

3

Add the oat flour and the whole oats to a large mixing bowl and mix them together with a spatula.

4

In a separate bowl, mix the wet ingredients: melt 1/4 cup of butter.

5

Add 1/2 cup of real maple syrup to the melted butter.

6

Stir in 1/3 cup of all natural peanut butter until well combined.

7

Add the peanut butter mixture to the oats and combine well with a spatula, ensuring every piece of oat is covered.

8

Add 1/2 cup of peanuts to the oats and mix them in.

9

Pour everything onto a large parchment paper lined baking sheet and spread it out evenly.

10

Place the baking sheet into a preheated oven at 300 degrees Fahrenheit for 15 minutes.

11

After 15 minutes, take the sheet out and stir the oats to prevent burning and ensure even cooking.

12

Spread the mixture out again and return it to the oven for another 15 minutes.

13

After the second baking, let it sit on the counter for 20 minutes until cool to the touch to form clusters.

14

Once cooled, the granola is ready with nice big clusters.
