1 tsp white sesame seeds
½ tsp turmeric powder
salt to taste
1 tbsp grated ginger
1 tbsp jaggery
1 big onion - chopped
½ cup coriander leaves
a pinch of baking soda
1-2 tsp oil

Cut away the top and bottom part of the ladyfingers and divide them into four parts.

In a mixing bowl, combine 2 cups of gram flour, 3 green chillies, 2 tsp of red chilli powder, 2 tsp of coriander and cumin powder, 1 tsp of white sesame seeds, ½ tsp of turmeric powder, salt to taste, 1 tbsp of grated ginger, and approximately 1 tbsp of jaggery.

Mix the ingredients well and add water to achieve a thick consistency for stuffing.

Add around 1-2 tsp of oil to the mixture.

Stuff the prepared mixture into the ladyfingers.

Heat a steamer and place the stuffed ladyfingers inside, covering with a lid.

Steam for 10-15 minutes.

Once steamed, let the ladyfingers cool down.

Heat oil in a frying pan and fry the ladyfingers until crispy.
