Boil the bow tie pasta in salted water with a little oil until al dente, then drain and set aside.
In a mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, corn flour, salt, and Kashmiri red chili powder, adding water to form a smooth slurry.
Heat oil in a deep pan over medium heat.
Dip the boiled pasta in the slurry, ensuring it is well coated.
Fry the coated pasta in batches until golden brown, then remove and drain on paper towels.
In the same pan, add more oil and sauté grated cabbage, capsicum, and green chili until slightly tender.
Add corn flour, dry ginger powder, black pepper powder, red chili powder, red chili sauce, tomato sauce, soy sauce, and vinegar; mix well.
Add water as needed to adjust the gravy consistency.
Combine the fried pasta with the gravy and toss to coat.
