1 cup onions
1 cup green bell pepper
2 medium carrots
4 cups cabbage
1 lb meat
2 tablespoons all-purpose seasoning
1 cup white chopped onions
1 teaspoon sage
1 teaspoon thyme
1 tablespoon adobo seasoning
4 cloves garlic
4 cups water
1 tablespoon honey seed
2 tablespoons oil
1 cup chopped tomatoes
1 lb tuna
1 lb mackerel
4 cups stock from meat

Add shrimp cubes, tomato paste, and pepper to the meat.

Add all-purpose seasoning, white chopped onions, sage, thyme, and adobo seasoning to the meat.

Mince garlic and add it to the meat mixture.

Add a bit of water and honey seed, then cover and let it cook for 15 minutes.

Stir the meat mixture after 15 minutes and cover to cook for another 10 minutes.

Chop garlic, carrots, onions, tomatoes, and cabbage.
