Drizzle vegetable oil in a pan and heat on medium heat.
Add onion strips to the pan and sauté until fragrant.
Add chicken strips and salt, stir-frying until the chicken is cooked through and slightly brown.
Add garlic paste and chopped fresh peppers, stir-frying for a few more seconds.
Add tomato and pepper blend along with tomato paste, mixing everything together.
Season with curry powder, thyme, cumin, and paprika, then mix again.
Cover the pot and cook for about 7-8 minutes until the water content has dried out and the sauce is fried.
Add bell pepper and carrot strips, along with a little water or stock to thin out the sauce.
Cover and simmer for another 3 minutes to soften the vegetables.
Add shredded cabbage to the pot and cover to wilt for about 1 minute.
Mix everything together and remove from heat immediately.
