1 lb minced beef
1 medium onion, chopped
2 cloves garlic, minced
4 cups green cabbage, chopped
2 medium carrots, sliced
2 medium potatoes, diced
4 cups beef broth
1 tsp dried thyme
1 tsp paprika
1/2 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
2 tbsp olive oil

Heat olive oil in a large pot over medium heat.
