Prepare a proofing container for the pizza dough and let it sit for an hour.
Add about a quarter cup of olive oil to the bottom of a pan, spreading it around the sides.
Stretch the dough with fingers to fill the pan as much as possible, then cover with plastic wrap and let it rise for 45 minutes.
After 40 minutes, stretch the dough again, cover, and let it rise for another 30 minutes.
Open a can of crushed tomatoes and add about three-quarters teaspoon of salt, mixing it together.
Prepare the cheese by shredding about 12 to 16 ounces of Galbani whole milk mozzarella cheese.
Prepare the meats: use cooked ground sausage, prosciutto, and Boar's Head cupping pepperoni.
After the dough has risen significantly, set the oven to 440°F (226°C).
Par-bake the dough in the middle of the oven for 12 minutes.
Spread about 6 to 8 ounces of sauce on the par-baked dough, leaving about an inch from the edge.
Add the cooked sausage evenly over the sauce, followed by the prosciutto and pepperoni.
Sprinkle pecorino romano cheese and oregano on top of the pizza.
Return the pizza to the oven for 2 minutes, then broil for 90 seconds to brown the top.
Check the bottom of the pizza to ensure it is cooked properly.
