Clean a table to use for making the dough.

Pour 1 kilogram of flour onto the clean table, creating a mound.

Make a big hollow in the middle of the flour using a wooden spoon.

Add 1 teaspoon of salt beside the flour mound.

Add 2 tablespoons of sugar beside the flour mound.

If using, add 1 egg into the hollow in the flour.

Start making the dough by washing your hands first.
