1 quart chicken stock
1 quart beef stock
1 can (28 oz) crushed tomatoes
2 russet potatoes peeled and cubed
1 lb frozen corn
1 lb frozen lima beans
4 tsp Worcestershire sauce
cayenne pepper to taste
red pepper flakes to taste
salt to taste
