Welcome to my channel. In today's video, I'm going to make a chimichurri sauce.

The ingredients for the chimichurri sauce are: 1/2 cup olive oil, 1 cup apple cider vinegar, 1 bunch of parsley (washed), 1 onion, 1 jalapeno (optional), 6 cloves fresh garlic, and 1 teaspoon dry oregano.

You can cut the ingredients by hand or use a food processor. I'm going to use the food processor.

Cut the jalapeno in half and remove the seeds. I'm going to add one jalapeno, but you can add more if you like it spicy.

Add the olive oil, apple cider vinegar, onion, garlic, and oregano into the food processor and blend.

Blend until you reach your desired consistency; you can leave some pieces whole if you prefer.

Add the parsley to the mixture and continue blending until combined.

This sauce can be served with steaks, fried plantains, or any meat you like.

Store in a container and keep it in the refrigerator for a few days.

Here is the final result. I'm going to serve mine with steak and mashed potatoes.
