1 cup ghee
1 cup Balaleet (150 grams)
1 cup vermicelli (150 grams)
1/4 cup butter
1/3 cup sugar (80 grams)
cardamom powder
saffron water
2 eggs

Add 1 cup of ghee to a pan.

Fry 1 cup of Balaleet (150 grams) in the ghee for 5-7 minutes until browned.

Add water to the pan and boil for 5 minutes.

Add 1 cup of raw vermicelli (150 grams) to the pan and mix.

Boil for an additional 5 minutes.

Strain the mixture and return the Balaleet to the frying pan.

Add 1/4 cup of butter, 1/3 cup of sugar (80 grams), cardamom powder, and saffron water to the Balaleet.

Mix well and cook on low flame for 5 minutes.

Cover and simmer for 10 minutes.

In a bowl, crack 2 eggs and add a little salt, then beat well.

In a separate pan, melt a little butter and add the beaten eggs to make an omelette on low flame.

Once the omelette is ready, garnish the Balaleet with it and serve.
