Measure 180 grams of corn flour and add it to a large pot.

Add 2.5 liters of water to the pot and stir well to remove lumps.

Add 200 grams of sugar and combine everything in the pot.

Bring the mixture to a boil while stirring continuously.

Once boiling, turn off the heat and cover the pot to cool.

Check the temperature of the mixture; it should be around 30 degrees Celsius.

In a cup, combine 2 tablespoons of corn flour, 1 tablespoon of sugar, and yeast, then stir.

Once the main mixture is at 30 degrees Celsius, incorporate the yeast mixture.
