1/2 cup raisins
1 cup orange juice
1 tbsp powdered sugar
dried ginger powder
1 piece of cinnamon
1 star anise
some nutmeg
300 gm flour
200 gm salted butter
100 gm powdered sugar
2 tbsp water or milk

Take 1 cup prunes and 4-5 candied lemons and oranges.

Add 1 cup black raisins and 1/2 cup raisins.

Add 1 cup orange juice and 1 tbsp powdered sugar.

Cook the mixture for about 15 minutes, stirring constantly.

Sieve 300 gm flour and add 200 gm salted butter.

Mix flour and butter until it resembles breadcrumbs.

Add 100 gm powdered sugar and mix well.

Knead the mixture using 2 tbsp water or milk to form a dough.

Refrigerate the dough for about 30 minutes.

Remove spices from the cooked stuffing and transfer it to a bowl to cool for 15-20 minutes.

Grind the stuffing mixture, keeping it chunky.

Roll out the chilled dough to approximately 1/2 cm thickness.

Use a round cutter to cut out dough and line a cupcake or muffin mould.

Bake the tart moulds at 200 degrees for 10 minutes.

Fill the half-baked tarts with the stuffing mixture.

Cut star shapes from the remaining dough and place them on top of the filling.

Top with powdered sugar for glaze.

Bake again for 15 minutes at 200 degrees.
