Hawaiian rolls

Heat a skillet over medium heat and add a little olive oil.

Add 1 teaspoon of minced garlic to the skillet and let it sizzle.

Remove the cooked meat from the skillet and set aside in a bowl.

Drizzle about 2 tablespoons of olive oil into the skillet.

Add 1 medium yellow onion, thinly sliced, to the skillet and sauté for about 5 minutes.

Add 1-2 tablespoons of butter to the onions and stir until melted.

Pour in a little beef broth and continue to simmer for another 5-7 minutes until onions are caramelized.

Remove most of the caramelized onions from the skillet, leaving a few behind.
