Modern cooking methods have adapted to highlight its natural flavors, making it a favorite in homes and restaurants alike.

Margarine is a cost-effective alternative for cooking.
Preheat the oven to 400°F (375°F for creator's oven).
Line a baking pan with Reynolds Wrap aluminum foil.
Spray the foil with non-stick spray.
Place the thawed wild pacific salmon skin-side down in the pan.
Cut the salmon into quarters if not pre-portioned.
Add any pre-washed vegetables around the salmon (mushrooms, green onions, onion, rainbow cauliflower).
Sprinkle lemon pepper seasoning over the salmon and vegetables to taste.
Cover the salmon and vegetables with another piece of foil to steam them.
Place the pan in the oven and bake for 25 minutes if the salmon is thawed (40-50 minutes if frozen).
After 25 minutes, remove the pan from the oven carefully to avoid steam.
Serve the salmon and vegetables on a plate.
