1 teaspoon garlic
1 teaspoon ginger
1 teaspoon red chili powder
1 green chili
1 cup finely chopped onions
1 cup finely chopped tomatoes
1 teaspoon turmeric powder
1 tablespoon coriander powder
1 cup water
3 cups sprouted green gram

Turn on the Instant Pot and set it to sauté mode.

Add 2 tablespoons of coconut oil to the pot.

Once the oil is hot, add 1 teaspoon of garlic and 1 teaspoon of ginger, and sauté for a minute.

Add 1 cup of finely chopped onions and sauté until they become transparent.

Add 1 cup of finely chopped tomatoes and mix well.

Stir in 1 teaspoon of turmeric powder, 1 tablespoon of red chili powder, and 2 tablespoons of coriander powder.

Mix all the spices and ingredients thoroughly to avoid sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Add 1 cup of water to the mixture and stir well.

Add 3 cups of sprouted green gram to the pot and mix it in.

Close the lid of the Instant Pot and set it to cook for 7 minutes on high pressure.

After cooking, release the pressure and open the lid carefully.

Mix the gravy well and adjust the consistency if needed.
