3 cups black beans
3/4 cup corn
1/2 cup oat flour
adobo seasoning
garlic powder

Cut a potato into small pieces.

Season the potato pieces with adobo, garlic powder, and nutritional yeast.

Place the seasoned potatoes on parchment paper.

Bake the potatoes in the oven at 450°F for 30 minutes.

Mash approximately 3 cups of black beans in a bowl with a fork.

Add 3/4 cup of cooked corn to the mashed black beans.

Blend oats in a blender to make 1/2 cup of oat flour and add it to the mixture.
