Vegan Quinoa Black Bean Burgers

2 cloves garlic, minced
1/4 cup finely chopped bell pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 can (15 oz) black beans, drained and rinsed
1 cup cooked quinoa
1/2 cup breadcrumbs
1/4 tsp black pepper
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp red pepper flakes

Saute onion, garlic, and bell peppers in a pan to pull out flavor.

Add a little bit of salt and pepper to the mixture.
