1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon baking powder
3/4 cup creamed style corn
1 large egg
1 tablespoon cooking oil
2 ounces chopped green chilies
4 ounces shredded cheese
1/2 cup whole milk or buttermilk

In a slow cooker, add 2 pounds of lean ground beef.
