Greek yogurt reduces calories while maintaining creaminess
Prepare the vanilla ganache by heating the heavy cream and mixing it with the gelatin dissolved in water.
Add the white chocolate to the hot cream and stir until melted.
Cool the mixture and then whip the cold heavy cream until soft peaks form, then fold it into the ganache along with the rum and vanilla bean.
For the caramel, combine the granulated sugar, heavy cream, and salt in a saucepan and cook until it reaches a liquid state.
For the white brownie, whisk together the eggs and sugar, then add melted butter and flour, followed by the white chocolate.
Pour the brownie batter into molds and bake until set.
Once the brownie is cooled, assemble the cannelés by layering the ganache and caramel inside the brownie molds.
Decorate with edible bronze glitter.
