Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

Add sliced mushrooms and cook until browned, about 5-7 minutes.
Sprinkle flour over the mushroom mixture and stir to combine, cooking for 1-2 minutes.
Slowly whisk in chicken broth and white wine, bringing to a simmer.
Stir in heavy cream, thyme, and rosemary; cook until thickened, about 3-5 minutes.
Add lemon juice and chopped parsley; season with salt and pepper to taste.
Serve the sliced pork with the creamy mushroom sauce drizzled on top.
