Preheat the Blackstone e-series to 350 degrees.
Spread qp mayo across the presentation side of the salmon.
Sprinkle sesame seeds to completely coat the top side of the salmon.
Add ghee to the e-series and spread it around.
Place the salmon presentation side down into the ghee.
Cook until the sesame seeds are toasted and the salmon is cooked through.
Flip the salmon to cook on the opposite side, using tongs to cook the edges as well.
Once the salmon is done, remove it from the griddle.
Prepare uncle ben's pre-packaged rice by microwaving it according to package instructions.
Top the rice with the cooked salmon.
Drizzle low sodium soy sauce, sriracha, and qp mayo over the salmon and rice.
Add freshly sliced avocado to the bowl.
Include kimchi in the bowl.
Add seaweed chips to the bowl.
Finish with toasted sesame seeds and sliced green onions.
Sprinkle fukaki seasoning over the top.
