Boil 1600 ml of water.

Add osmanthus flowers to the boiling water and cover, letting it steep for 25 minutes.

After 25 minutes, check the osmanthus flowers; they should have mostly sunk to the bottom and their color should have faded.

Strain the osmanthus flowers to make osmanthus tea.

In a saucepan, add 400 grams of rock sugar to the strained osmanthus tea and heat over low heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves.

Check the volume; if it's not enough to reach 2000 ml, add more water until it reaches that amount.

Once the sugar is dissolved, add 70 grams of agar-agar to the warm osmanthus tea and stir until fully dissolved.

Reheat the osmanthus tea mixture to ensure the agar-agar is completely dissolved.

Slowly pour the mixture into a mold to avoid bubbles.

Let it cool slightly before placing it in the refrigerator to set.

After the first layer sets, sprinkle some osmanthus flowers on top and pour another layer of the mixture slowly to ensure even distribution of the goji berries.

Once fully set, remove the jelly from the mold and serve.
