Start by preparing the ingredients: 400 ml of water, 2 tablespoons (30 grams) of agar-agar, 10 grams of osmanthus flowers, and sugar.

In a saucepan, add 400 ml of water and 2 tablespoons of agar-agar. Stir with a spatula to dissolve the agar-agar completely and let it rest for 10 minutes.

In a separate pot, boil 100 ml of water to prepare osmanthus tea. Once boiling, add 10 grams of osmanthus flowers and cover for 10 minutes.

After 10 minutes, return to the agar-agar mixture, turn on the heat to medium, and stir continuously until it boils.

Once boiling, add 600 ml of the prepared osmanthus tea to the agar-agar mixture and stir well.

Add sugar to the mixture and continue stirring until the sugar dissolves completely and the mixture comes to a boil again.

Add goji berries to the boiling mixture and then turn off the heat, allowing it to cool slightly.

Prepare a square mold lined with plastic wrap and pour half of the mixture into the mold.

Sprinkle the remaining osmanthus flowers on top for decoration and aroma, then pour the remaining mixture into the mold.

Refrigerate for about 15 minutes to set the first layer, then add the remaining mixture and osmanthus flowers on top again.

Refrigerate for about 1 hour until fully set.

Once set, remove the jelly from the mold and cut it into square pieces before serving.
