Add 1 egg to the blender.

Add 1/4 cup of vegetable oil using the same measuring cup.

Add 4 heaping tablespoons of granulated sugar.

Add 2 bunches of thoroughly washed spinach leaves, avoiding too many stems.

Blend the mixture for about 2 to 3 minutes until smooth.

Open the blender and add 9 heaping tablespoons of all-purpose flour.
