Spinach Pancakes

1 cup milk
1 egg
1 tablespoon butter (optional)
1/2 cup frozen spinach or 1 big handful fresh spinach
1 cup flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1/2 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon sugar (optional)

Prepare your blender for the pancake batter.

Add 1 cup of milk to the blender.

Crack 1 egg into the blender.

Add 1 tablespoon of butter to the blender (optional).

Add 1/2 cup of frozen spinach or a big handful of fresh spinach to the blender.

Blend the ingredients until you have a smooth green liquid.

In a bowl, add 1 cup of flour.

Add 1 tablespoon of baking powder to the flour.

Add 1/2 teaspoon of salt to the flour.

Add 1 tablespoon of sugar to the flour (optional).

Whisk the dry ingredients together until well combined.
