Instructions

  1. 1In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.
  2. 2Add melted butter, eggs, and water to the yeast mixture. Mix well.
  3. 3Gradually add flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.
  4. 4Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.
  5. 5Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.
  6. 6Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle.
