4 cups all-purpose flour

1 tsp salt
1 tbsp instant yeast
1 cup warm milk
1/2 cup unsalted butter, melted
2 large eggs
1/2 cup water
1 egg, for egg wash

In a large bowl, combine warm milk, sugar, and yeast. Let it sit for about 5 minutes until frothy.

Add melted butter, eggs, and water to the yeast mixture. Mix well.

Gradually add flour and salt to the mixture, stirring until a dough forms.

Knead the dough on a floured surface for about 10 minutes until smooth and elastic.

Place the dough in a greased bowl, cover with a cloth, and let it rise in a warm place for about 1 hour or until doubled in size.

Once risen, punch down the dough and roll it out into a large rectangle.

Cut the dough into triangles and roll each triangle from the base to the tip to form a crescent shape.

Place the rolled medialunas on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper. Cover and let rise for another 30 minutes.

Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Brush the medialunas with egg wash.

Bake for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.
