Weigh out 1 pound of rotisserie chicken and shred it using salad choppers.
Add 1.5 cups of leftover mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, green beans) to the shredded chicken.
Mix in about 1/2 cup of leftover gravy until the mixture is not too wet.
Preheat the oven to 350°F.
Prepare a loaf pan by placing half of 8 Pillsbury Grand biscuits on the bottom.
Scoop the chicken and vegetable mixture into the loaf pan using a 2-tablespoon size scoop.
Optionally, add macaroni and cheese to some of the mixture in the loaf pan.
Flatten the remaining halves of the biscuits and place them on top of the mixture in the loaf pan, pinching down the edges.
Bake in the preheated oven for about 12-15 minutes until the biscuits are cooked through.
Remove from the oven and let cool slightly before serving or freezing.
