Season chicken thighs and drumsticks with half teaspoon salt, half teaspoon black pepper, and one and a half teaspoon chicken bouillon seasoning
Melt four tablespoons of butter in a large skillet over medium high heat
Add chicken thighs and cook for 4-5 minutes until slightly brown, then turn over and cook for 2 more minutes
Remove chicken to a preparatory lined dish
Cook drumsticks for three minutes on each side, then remove and keep with the rest
Add 1 cup of chopped onions to the same pot and cook for 2 minutes
Add quarter cup of chopped carrots and one can of sliced mushrooms, cooking for 4 minutes until softened
Add two bay leaves and four sprigs of fresh thyme, stirring and cooking for 4 minutes
Add two minced garlic cloves and sauté until fragrant
Sprinkle three tablespoons of flour, stirring continuously and cooking for one minute
Deglaze the pan with half cup of white wine, stirring until reduced by half
Gradually add in three cups of chicken stock, stirring continuously to dissolve brown residue
Return chicken back to the sauce with drippings, cover, and simmer for 20 minutes on medium low heat
After 20 minutes, season with a quarter teaspoon of salt and a quarter teaspoon of black pepper
Remove lid and let it simmer for another 20 minutes until chicken is fully cooked and sauce thickens
Transfer chicken to a dish and stir in half cup of cooking cream, adjusting seasonings as necessary
Return chicken back to the sauce and garnish with one tablespoon of chopped parsley
