Heat 1 1/4 cups low sodium beef broth on medium high.

Add 1 tablespoon corn starch to the broth and bring to a boil, stirring occasionally for 2 minutes.

Remove from heat and set aside to cool.

In a large saucepan, cook 2 pounds of ground turkey on medium heat until browned, about 6-10 minutes.

Add 3 teaspoons minced garlic, 1 1/2 teaspoons salt, 1/4 teaspoon cayenne pepper, 1/2 teaspoon white pepper, 1/4 teaspoon nutmeg, and 1/4 teaspoon cloves to the turkey and mix well.
