Once the dough is kneaded, smear some oil over the surface of the pizza dough. Cover it with cling film and let it rest for 2 hours at room temperature.

When the resting time is over, knead your dough again before baking. Divide the dough into small balls of adequate size. Stretch and flatten your pizza dough in a round shape. Put it in the oven for baking.
