2 1/4 teaspoons active dry yeast
4 cups all-purpose flour
2 tablespoons olive oil

In a bowl, take lukewarm water and add sugar, mixing it in.

Add active dry yeast to the water and sugar mixture, then set aside for 10 minutes until it bubbles up.

Grease another bowl with oil and set it aside.

In a separate bowl, add all-purpose flour, olive oil, and salt, mixing with clean hands.

Add the yeast mixture to the flour mixture and knead until it comes together.

Continue kneading the dough until it is nice and smooth, about 8 to 10 minutes.
