1/2 lbs Sliced Squid
1/2 Cup Heavy Cream
1/2 Cup Japanese Sake
2 Cups Neutral Deep Frying Oil
1/2 Cup Almond Flour
2 tbsp Grated Parmesan Cheese
1/2 tsp Garlic Powder
1/4 tsp Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp White Pepper
1/4 tsp Black Pepper
2 Whole Eggs
1/3 Cup Sparkling Water
1/4 Cup Kewpie Mayo
1/2 tsp Sriracha
1/2 tsp Worcestershire Sauce

Prepare the squid by slicing it into rings.

In a bowl, combine heavy cream and Japanese sake.

In another bowl, mix almond flour, grated Parmesan cheese, garlic powder, cayenne pepper, white pepper, black pepper, eggs, and sparkling water to create the batter.

Dip the squid rings into the cream mixture, then coat them in the batter.

Heat the neutral oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C).

Fry the battered squid rings in the hot oil until golden brown and crispy, about 2-3 minutes.
