Remove the foil for the last 30 minutes to caramelize the glaze.
Mix cornstarch with water to create a slurry, then stir into pan juices to thicken.
Simmer the mixture on the stove until thickened, about 5 minutes.
Remove the ham from the oven and let it rest for 15 minutes before slicing.
